Watercolours and I. We are trying to make friends.

I've never learnt to use watercolours properly so I have had to just make up my own way of using them. Maybe that's what everyone does? I have somehow ended up with a lot of yellow in the paintings I have done. I'm not sure if that's because my new flat has yellow walls (see below!) or because I have very cheap watercolours and the yellow seems to have the nicest pigment! It's all a bit of an experiment but it's a strangely addictive thing to do. I now have a big pile of them - here's a few of them..
